Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years’ experience in IoT/SaaS space in program management, or any sales support roles, ideally working with IoT devices which are "moving"
  • Experience with industry groups (e.g., FDA, USDA) or FMCG is an advantage
  • Extended experience in cross functional matrix oriented internal structures
  • Languages: English; Desired Spanish
Responsibilities
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with the key stakeholders in commercial teams, to expand DCS customer base.
  • Support NA sales organization to build the pipeline and sell DCS to support revenue targets.
  • Develop a regulatory strategy for DCS by creating any external partnerships needed.
  • Support NA commercial teams to sell Digital Customer Solutions sales in North America. With a restless curiosity, aggressively works to identify, target, and apply DCS value proposition by considering external context and customer requirements to solve stakeholder pain.
  • Be active by investing significant time with industry groups to create partnerships and leverage Government regulations as a lever to drive DCS growth.
  • Work closely with global DCS Product, Marketing and Technology teams to partner on where to "hunt" and how to drive new business value.
  • Uses customer feedback to enhance and generate new solutions.
  • Work with Retailers and Manufacturing sales teams to solve common challenge areas that allow CHEP to increase its trust and mindshare within the marketplace.
  • Support Commercial Teams (Retail / Manufacturer) as a DCS subject matter expert (SME) in opportunity development and closure.
  • Apply sales excellence framework to ensure healthy pipeline across all areas (Universe, Top, in, Best Few, Closed).
  • Ability to work across functional boundaries to ‘co-create’ digital customer solutions bottom-up.
  • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Be an ambassador for CHEP core values.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
