45-50K + discretionary bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs a wide variety of accounting functions including:

 Prepare month-end financial statements

 Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger

 Analyze and explain significant budget variances

 Bank reconciliations

 Insurance certificate coordination

 Inter-company billings, A/P and A/R

 Cash management

 Work with tax accountants

 Assist with capital calls and distributions for Investor entities

 Cash management responsibilities for the Funds

Supervisory Responsibility: None

Qualifications (education, experience, skills, required certifications):

 The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is looking for a long-term

opportunity to take on a full range of accounting responsibilities

 Must have a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges

 Demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned responsibilities

and meet deadlines.

 Bachelor Degree and one year of general accounting experience which

includes journal entry preparation and experience with the chart of

accounts.

 Good Excel skills

 Professionalism
