Responsibilities
Lead, partner, and consult in the development, implementation, and integration of HR strategies, programs, processes, polices, and procedures.
Ensure consistency of policies and protocols within both North and South Americas Region and Global Operations market.
Lead a team to manage regional HR operations projects and deliver good results on time.
Lead investigations and make recommendations for action based on findings and creating system based solutions.
Provide active HR leadership in the promotion and reinforcement of continuous improvement policies, constantly maintaining systems to reflect the updated best practices.
Adjust on- and off-boarding, job status change policies, processes, and systems based on feedback from new hires and employees who have left the company.
Provide leadership and manage systems in preparation for and management of change as the organization adapts to the evolving business environment.
Provide employee support and guidance to ensure positive employee relations, resolve issues, and implement proactive strategies to remove obstacles to success.
Analyze the data and provide reports relevant to any project or focus area.
Coordinate biweekly cross-functional operating meetings and programs that facilitate swift and effective issue resolution across the regional HR operation department.
Partner with functional leaders to help them optimize their operations through systems, process, and product modifications.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field, and 7 years of post-bachelor’s and progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 7 years of experience in leading large-scale, global projects across different cultural and regional landscapes, including leading a project team to achieve project’s target and milestone, managing different teams to create partnership and collaboration, managing stakeholders’ expectation, and solving project’s issues and problems.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in implementing and managing a large-scale system and/or change management covering people, process and technology, including managing team members across different regions.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Conducting research to derive insights from data to provide suggestions for business improvements, including writing business requirements, refining the product requirements, and delivering HR-related software enhancements;
Quality management, including setting up internal service quality control techniques and methods; and
Setting up entities and building HR operational capability to hire employees in different countries, including: handling employment documents to incorporate local labor legislations and/or policies; payroll; benefits; social insurance; and tax.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
HR operation, including employee lifecycle management, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, mobility and immigration, and HR shared service desk operation; and
Implementing process improvement using Six Sigma, Lean or other process-improvement methodologies.
Travel Requirement: Requires international travel up to 50%.

Salary Range: $204568 - $209380 per year
