Requirements
  • 2-3 years of accounts receivable/collections experience
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Acumatica)
  • Experience with Leaflink and/or Nabis a plus
  • Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Regularly monitor and follow up overdue accounts including sending reminders and initiating collection efforts as needed
  • Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and investigate and resolve billing issues
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of cash receipts to customer accounts
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to assess the status of outstanding balances
  • Lead and/or assist Senior Manager in meetings with Commercial
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated and help develop and enforce policies and procedures related to receivables
  • Assist in collecting resale certificates and other compliance documents from the customer
  • Assist in financial analysis and compliance reporting (internal and external)
  • Prepare and provide documentation for internal and external audits
