  • Masters
  • Recognized expert in Federal, DoD, Air Force, and Space Systems Command (SSC) acquisition processes and procedures
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in DoD solicitation evaluation and assessments including rubric development, technical reviews, and engineering assessments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead all aspects of highly classified ACAT-like acquisition processes
  • Experience in all levels of management on acquisition, financial management, budgeting, risk avoidance and mitigation, strategy and problem solving, and other forms of program support
  • Proficiency preparing technical documentation and reviewing staff products
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate between Government organizations and summarize information for presentations
  • Experience working with Space Systems Command (SSC) or other Space Force organizations
  • Educational requirements: Masters
  • Security clearance: Active TS SCI Eligible - (implied)
Responsibilities
  • Develop source selection documentation
  • Facilitating defense acquisition boards including managing documentation, capturing decisions, following up on actions
  • Support the development of technical solicitation products such as work statements, acquisition plans, technical readiness assessments
  • Review and draft proposal evaluations
  • Support contract and subcontract management
  • Provide acquisition recommendations and guidance
  • Support program budgeting activities including reviewing and providing recommendations/input to pretenders budget request
