Responsibilities
  • Empower and guide a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, encouraging a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Develop and implement winning sales strategies to increase revenue, achieve corporate objectives, and expand our market share.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with key customers and decision-makers (C-suite, buying influencers) to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Coach and mentor team members, nurturing their skills and driving peak performance.
  • Actively recruit top talent, build a strong sales team, and provide ongoing training to ensure continuous growth.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and leverage T-Mobile's innovative solutions to deliver impactful results.
  • Prioritize business opportunities, craft effective sales strategies to drive growth, and ensure revenue targets are met with precision.
  • Build high-level relationships and develop strategic plans to expand our presence within the Enterprise & Global Accounts and MNCs segment.
  • Employ a consultative approach to identify new sales opportunities and position T-Mobile solutions to drive maximum value for enterprise customers.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for existing accounts, leading sales cycles to fulfill long-term client needs.
  • Work seamlessly with other departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
