  • 3+ years of Learning and Development Experience in a Leadership Role
  • Proficiency in learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and other training technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan that supports employee growth and development while aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Design and deliver a variety of learning programs, including leadership development, technical systems training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Identify training needs through collaboration with Sage’s Senior Leadership team and conduct thorough needs assessments to address skill gaps within the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics to measure impact and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to drive innovation and excellence in our programs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of the Mortgage Industry is preferred but not required
