Requirements
  • You have some project management experience, leading projects with low to mid-level complexity
  • You are a highly organised self-starter, with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert within the E-commerce content world
  • You are highly solution-oriented, able to think big before coming up with simple yet effective solutions
  • You are adept at managing internal stakeholders which include Commercial, Creative Operations and Product teams
  • You also need to be comfortable interacting with external clients should the need arise Experience in luxury e-commerce and/or product descriptions is a must
Responsibilities
  • You will own specific categories, maintaining the quality and consistency of the category content including guidelines, perform quality checks and regular audits, and implementing category changes for Farfetch Group
  • You ensure copywriters have the necessary information they need to do their best work by facilitating workshops to highlight category changes, challenges and opportunities, connecting the team to industry experts when it is useful to do so
  • You are responsible for maintaining a group of brand partner category trees, liaising directly with the Content Platform Development team and the Production Delivery Managers. Some client-facing interaction may be necessary when technical advice is needed
  • You will have ownership of some Content Elevation projects, chairing cross-team sessions, and ensuring projects are on track. You provide timely status reports and blockers/risks to the Content Principal & Content Manager
  • You will pitch content solutions to the leadership team, then execute each project you've been assigned to in order to achieve its desired outcome
  • You will support the improvement of our tools by feeding requirements to the relevant teams and testing new features to ensure its smooth running
  • You will present project updates in the monthly departmental meetings when needed
