  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to operate effectively with only high-level direction in a fast-paced environment, with a desire both to learn new techniques and educate others
  • A meticulous sense of organization, with resourcefulness for operational excellence
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Ability to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA
  • Prior experience in high-growth startup environments
  • Experience with the following tools: Greenhouse, Prelude, Guide, Gem, Airtable, Textio, SeekOut and Gsuite
  • Comfortability with data and distilling insights
Responsibilities
  • Be the subject matter expert across the gamut of recruiting tools
  • Serve as a point of contact for end-user inquiries and escalate to other partners
  • Collaborate with vendors to problem-solve issues or make recommendations
  • Develop and maintain standardized workflows, templates, and guidelines for recruiters and coordinators
  • Manage job requisitions including posting, updating, and closing requisitions
  • Service support tickets by responding to questions and requests from recruiters and employees
  • Provide excellent stakeholder and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
