We are looking for a TA Operations Specialist to join our growing People Operations team here at Duolingo! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to assist in developing best-in-class talent acquisition processes and be influential in creating and launching effective recruiting practices. This is a unique role that will enable you to wear many hats and stretch your professional abilities in new ways.

You Will...

• Be the subject matter expert across the gamut of our recruiting tools, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Guide, and more. You will help answer questions, troubleshoot, and provide solutions that inform, educate, and empower the team and our stakeholders.
• Serve as a point of contact for end-user inquiries (Sourcers and Recruiters) and escalate to other partners appropriately.
• Collaborate with vendors to problem-solve issues or make recommendations to ensure we are maximizing software tools.
• Develop and maintain standardized workflows, templates, and guidelines for recruiters and coordinators to follow throughout the recruitment life cycle.
• Manage job requisitions. This includes but is not limited to posting, updating and closing requisitions
• Service support tickets by responding to questions and requests from recruiters and employees
• Provide excellent stakeholder and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

You Have...

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate effectively with only high-level direction in a fast-paced environment, with a desire both to learn new techniques and educate others
• A meticulous sense of organization, with resourcefulness for operational excellence
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Ability to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA

Exceptional Candidates Will Have...

• Hyper-vigilant attention to detail
• Prior experience in high-growth startup environments
• Experience with the following tools: Greenhouse, Prelude, Guide, Gem, Airtable, Textio, SeekOut and Gsuite
• Comfortability with data and distilling insights

We invest in and support our Duos! This role is eligible for a robust compensation package of base salary, equity, and Duolingo’s world-class benefits. The starting base salary range for this role is, $77,800 - $153,000. Actual salary may vary based on level, work experience, performance, and other factors evaluated during the hiring process.
