Requirements
- Healthcare domain knowledge and experience is required
- 5+ years of experience writing business requirement documents
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with data analysis/data modeling/data mapping
- 2+ years of experience with SQL
- Working with API teams and writing API documentation is required
- Must have lived in the United States for at least three (3) of the past five (5) years
- An active green card or citizenship is required

Responsibilities
- Review and analyze current data models used by three APIs to optimize designs for API consumers
- Work with cross-functional project teams to collect data requirements
- Create and maintain technical specifications, data dictionaries, and data catalog
- Perform data mapping to both relational Data Model attributes and FHIR resources
- Develop resources needed to support API consumer adoption
- Develop processes and tools needed to validate data quality
- Use quantitative and qualitative data from consumers to inform API data model improvements
- Collaborate extensively with your team, and with other teams managing related API's, and interact with external providers and provider organizations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare data, mapping, and data analysis, HL7, FHIR and other healthcare standards is a plus
- Knowledge of Healthcare systems and Provider systems is a plus
- Experience with API testing is a plus
