Job Description

Locus Robotics is searching for an experienced Enterprise Software Manager to lead and manage our growing Business Software team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading teams working on integrating complex software systems, such as ERP, Warehouse Management System (WMS) or WCS systems. This inward facing role is responsible for managing a growing team that designs, develops, and delivers key product features related to Locus Business Applications.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a global team on software development projects – with the team responsible for developing key product features based upon a rich product roadmap.
• Work with Locus Product Management and Customers to understand new feature requirements.
• Drive and Improve the overall value proposition that is delivered as a overall solution of Business Software along with the other components of the Locus Solution (Robots, Navigation Software, and integration).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managing a software engineering team designing, developing, and delivering key product features
• Solid people management skills, with a proven ability to help software engineers grow and develop
• Experience reporting quality-related metrics to find trends and proactively unravel problems
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar ecommerce technologies is strongly desired
• Direct development experience with C# .NET, Javascript, SQL Server, Websockets, JSON, XML strongly desired
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
• BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
