Requirements
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Two years of administrative support experience are required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to coordinate with students, faculty, and external partners.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills are required to manage complex placement logistics.
  • A high level of attention to detail is required when handling compliance and documentation.

  • The position requires occasional working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours and occasional lifting and carrying of up to 10 pounds.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with program guidelines set by state, national, and university accrediting bodies to maintain ongoing accreditation.
  • Assist with site visit preparation and compile required reports and surveys.
  • Manage student placement processes in accordance with established protocols, including coordinating residency and fellowship matches via the Electronic Residency Application Service.
  • Develop and implement orientation programs and provide guidance on academic and programmatic issues as needed.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing program budgets and expenditures.
  • Oversee maintenance of program records, files, databases, and program-related web content to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate and supervise required educational activities, including scheduling, lectureships, and evaluations.
  • Manage student and resident rotations, ensure appropriate scheduling, and monitor completion of all required evaluations.
  • Independently plan and organize lectureships and special events, including graduation banquets.
  • Prepare Program Letters of Agreement and coordinate the Electronic Residency Application Service and National Resident Matching Program interview process.
  • Maintain the Accreditation Data System and track updates related to the education programs.
