Requirements
  • 10+ years in water treatment equipment systems (reuse/recycle) including technologies like MF, UF, RO, MBR, etc.
  • Background in F&B, HPI, or CPI sectors is highly preferred.
  • Experience in business development, strategic marketing, or technical applications with a strong understanding of sustainability drivers.
  • Ability to bridge technical solutions with commercial value for customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; other European languages are a strong asset.
  • Willingness to travel 50–70% across Europe to engage with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities focused on industrial water recycling and reuse.
  • Design and execute business development plans aligned with sustainability goals—emphasizing water recovery, energy optimization, and resource efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal experts to evaluate and implement technologies such as MF, UF, NF, RO, Ion Exchange, and MBR.
  • Evaluate ROI and payback on capital solutions. Prioritize markets and projects based on value potential and strategic fit.
  • Partner with sales, engineering, R&D, and marketing to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Engage directly with client and Solenis leadership to align solutions with long-term sustainability and financial goals.

Solenis reports 74% of revenue from sustainable solutions as it integrates recent acquisitions

Solenis, a global provider of water and hygiene solutions, has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing progress driven by business growth and integration. The company invested $4.68 million in sustainable capital projects, improved workplace safety by 22% year-over-year, and achieved 96% participation in its culture survey. The report highlights $349 million in documented customer value delivered through its ValueAdvantage programme, up from $257 million previously. Additionally, 74% of revenue came from solutions supporting customer sustainability initiatives, whilst 91% of active innovation programmes focused on sustainability or circularity. Solenis completed integration of recent acquisitions and announced the acquisition of NCH Corporation, which closed in November 2025. The company also opened a new Global Research Center in Delaware to develop solutions for water stewardship and resource efficiency.
