Requirements
  • 2+ years work experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or other account management roles
  • High energy and positive attitude. Activity and results driven
  • Experience hitting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with power charts, account mapping, running QBRs, and c-level value selling is highly preferred
  • Persuasive and confident speaking skills with C-level executives
  • Strong sense of initiative while being persistent with follow-up
  • Strong financial acumen related to product pricing, customer profitability and achieving sales goals
  • You “sweat the small stuff” and are detail oriented, holding yourself and teammates to a high-standard
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint or other web-based presentation technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields
Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for leading renewal and account expansion conversations with our current customer base
  • Partner with larger clients to help broadcast successes with Northspyre and drive wider adoption
  • Assist in kickoff calls to help identify key goals and pain points with our new clients
  • Provide insights to our clients in value assessment and Quarterly Business Review meetings, focusing on areas where upsells and account expansion could benefit our clients
  • Manage upsell and renewal data in Hubspot - staying on top of renewal dates for clients
  • Work with the Head of Customer Success as a thought and strategy partner to to keep Northspyre on the cutting edge of customer success organization structure, as well as upsell and renewal processes and best practices
  • Manage our clients - understanding their project outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your book of business
  • Drive real revenue with a real stake and equity in a fast growing firm where your impact, growth, and success matter
  • Travel as needed to visit client offices in-person. Some travel may be involved but likely no more than 1-2 days every 2-3 months (post pandemic)
Desired Qualifications
