Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in torque tooling or related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Knowledge of torque tooling principles and processes.
  • Experience with RFQ management and supplier coordination.
  • Ability to forecast lead times and manage project deadlines effectively
Responsibilities
  • Manage RFQs with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate the organization of inbound tools and industrialization processes.
  • Facilitate internal reviews with key stakeholders to validate selected solutions.
  • Coordinate and support the installation of torque tools, ensuring proper implementation.
  • Project management of torque tooling needs, including forecasting lead times and deadlines.
  • Identify support needed for successful implementation and troubleshoot product build issues.
  • Test and validate proposed torque tooling solutions, ensuring compliance with standards and processes.
  • Manage end-to-end torque tooling projects with vendors and suppliers.
  • Lead activities to verify correct infrastructure is forecasted and in place on time.
  • Utilize 3D CAD experience to support project deliverables and implementation.
