You will be responsible for shaping how our product organization uses design to serve our users. Our Product & Engineering team designs and develops easy-to-use products that enable finance teams around the country to effectively manage all of their debt, lease, and IT subscription agreements. Since we believe the most effective product teams are ones that work extremely collaboratively across the various roles, you will participate regularly as the UI/UX design subject matter expert during various technical and product planning activities. You’ll partner closely with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to shape user experiences that set the standard for the category of public finance. You will create simple and effective solutions to complex problems through build-ready designs, style guides, and prototypes. Over time, you will help mature our design process and upskill how we approach UX/UI design across the organization in collaboration with your product design peers.
