  • Experience of working in a fast-paced media environment such as podcasting, radio, music streaming, video, and digital publishing with approx. 5 years of experience
  • Confident in presenting and building relationships
  • Passion for brand storytelling & advertising
  • Experience with international brands and agencies would be an advantage
  • Ability to speak a second language
Responsibilities
  • Deliver and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Use extensive sales skills and contacts to sell ads, sponsorship & branded content as well as potential elements such as social, live and online solutions across multiple markets
  • Collaborate with other European offices and liaise with Ad Ops, Planning & Sales to ensure effective sales collateral and a strong communication strategy for agency teams & clients
  • Play an active part in all parts of the business - Content, marketing, finance and strategy
  • Use experience in the industry to guide and mentor Account Executives
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with international brands and agencies would be an advantage
  • A second language
