  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in strategic operations, management consulting, or a similar role within a technology or SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the company’s strategic goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with product launches and business objectives, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Provide leadership and support to ensure high performance.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies. Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration on strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee budget planning and management for strategic initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
