Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role including within an enterprise environment
  • Ability to work in a multi-platform software ecosystem
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell
  • Must be self-motivated, team player, and able to immediately contribute to a fast paced, deadline intensive environment
  • Must be able to learn quickly in a highly technical fast paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, time management, project coordination and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in a role involving direct customer interaction (internal and external customers)
Responsibilities
  • Act as a Microsoft O365 administration expert, and change agent
  • Partner with the Collaboration team to provide O365 support and general application support
  • Administer and maintain other collaboration platforms and applications outside of the O365 ecosystem
  • Regularly create and update standard operating procedure documentation
  • Working with end user groups to define application needs and identify feasible solutions
  • Provide technical support to peers during problem determination and resolution
  • Analyze new and existing products for performance and efficiency improvements, both as part of a structured release process, and as an ongoing process
  • Assist in development of strategy roadmaps for the O365 systems and workflows
  • Research and recommend approaches for projects and other system administration tasks
  • Support the configuration, deployment and maintenance of O365 systems
  • Work with vendors to support, update and maintain owned systems
  • Maintain awareness of changing trends and regulations which might affect the location and make recommendations for changes as required
  • Assist with operational activities to ensure compliance with company goals, objectives, and budget
  • Define the user access security model for all systems
  • Experience configuring Microsoft O365 applications
  • Participate in projects as O365 SME
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in IT/ Computer Science, or a related field
  • Industry Certifications
  • Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft's Power Platform
  • Knowledge of and experience with Office 365 compliance and DLP functionality
  • Ability to take ownership of small to medium sized projects
