  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as TypeScript, Python, Java, or PHP.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run).
  • Ability to debug and resolve production issues with guidance when needed.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and interest in working in agile, collaborative teams.
Responsibilities
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code for NetSuite modules, customizations, and internal tools.
  • Take ownership of small-to-medium projects and contribute to larger team initiatives.
  • Participate in design and technical discussions, offering input and learning from senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and business stakeholders (Fulfillment, Finance, Customer Service) to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Participate in the team’s incident response rotation, helping troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and reliably.
  • Contribute to code reviews, sharing constructive feedback and learning from others.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce technical debt, and streamline workflows.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with NetSuite SDF (Software Development Framework) or experience customizing ERP/enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of cloud-native services and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with JS testing frameworks, tools and methodologies such as Jest and Cypress
  • Exposure to technical design or architecture discussions and a willingness to learn how to evaluate trade-offs.
  • Interest in mentoring early-career engineers and sharing knowledge with peers.
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven environments (e.g., PCI, SOX).

Anacostia Rail Holdings appoints Aimee Nolan as Chief Legal Officer. Anacostia Rail Holdings (ARH) has appointed Aimee Nolan as Chief Legal Officer, effective immediately. She joins the executive leadership team and will oversee legal, compliance, governance, and risk functions as the company continues to grow. Nolan succeeds Mark Sidman, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, who will retire on March 31, 2026, after more than ten years with ARH. Since joining the company in 2013, Sidman played a key role in supporting long-term growth and strengthening governance and integrity across the organisation. Nolan joins ARH from Zoro Tools, Inc., a subsidiary of W.W. Grainger, Inc., where she served as General Counsel and executive leadership team member. She helped guide the business through rapid growth and transformation. Before that, she spent more than 25 years at W.W. Grainger, most recently as Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Her experience spans technology and e-commerce, data protection, crisis management, global sourcing, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
