Requirements
  • A university degree is required, specifically Technical Architecture.
  • At least five years of experience in construction projects, including occupational risk prevention management, is required.
  • Experience in cost control, purchasing, certifications, and construction management is required.
  • A high level of Spanish is required.
  • The candidate must be able to manage, organize, and lead construction-site teams.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation and construction processes is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage construction production, including planning, monitoring, and execution control.
  • Perform construction measurements, certifications, and project financial control.
  • Prepare comparisons and budgets and support purchasing and contracting processes.
  • Coordinate relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and technical teams.
  • Review and interpret plans to ensure the correct execution of construction work units.
  • Supervise compliance with occupational risk prevention requirements on site, ensuring safety and applicable regulations.
