  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or a similar role, with a strong focus on AWS cloud operations.
  • Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, and CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ECS.
  • Strong scripting skills with proficiency in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration management on AWS.
  • Lead efforts to optimize networking configurations and enhance system performance.
  • Design and implement container orchestration solutions using ECS.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to optimize deployment processes and ensure seamless releases.
  • Champion security best practices and implement measures to safeguard our cloud environment.
  • Architect, implement, and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines tailored to our software development needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with modern front-end development frameworks and architectural principles (e.g., React, Babel, TypeScript).
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve software development-related issues during deployment and migration processes.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and familiarity with semi-structured data tools like Athena and Redshift.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
