- System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with security cameras and CCTV systems.
- Replace or repair faulty components and update software as needed.
- Client Support and Training: Provide clients with clear instructions and training on how to use their security systems effectively.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide support for any system-related issues.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and system configurations.
- Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines during installations and service calls.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technology and industry best practices.
- Suggest improvements and upgrades to enhance system efficiency and security.
- Technical degree or certification in electronics or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in security system installation and maintenance are a plus.
