Responsibilities
  • Participate in educational workshops, strategic planning sessions, and networking events
  • Attend meetings with executives and department leaders to gain insight into business operations
  • Complete assigned projects and tasks related to agriculture, business strategy, or operational support
  • Provide feedback, ask relevant questions, and actively contribute during team discussions
  • Reflect on experiences to identify skills learned and how they apply to future roles
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and represent Ho-Chunk Farms at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned
