Responsibilities

  • Drive customer renewals and identify opportunities for expansion

  • Partner with the product team to gather customer feedback and contribute to the product roadmap
  • Deliver presentations, webinars, and training materials to educate customers

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities
  • Collaborate with certified Pigment Partners to ensure successful customer implementations
