Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Directly oversee Client Support staff, including Client Advocates and Technical Support Analysts, and align the team with Quavo's strategic objectives.
  • Provide daily direction and communication to employees so Client Support tickets are responded to and resolved according to department best practices.
  • Continually evaluate processes and procedures and recommend methods to improve operations, efficiency, and service for internal and external clients.
  • Assist the Vice President of Client Experience with Client Support operations, including performance analysis, forecasting, staffing, training, scheduling, reward and recognition, budget preparation and monitoring, and performance improvement programs.
  • Assist the Vice President of Client Experience in establishing and documenting Client Support work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.
  • Provide statistical and performance data to the Vice President of Client Experience, including analyses of patterns and trends in client feedback and utilization data.
  • Optimize the Client Support team's use of technology, including ticketing systems, automation, and artificial intelligence agents, and iterate based on data and feedback.
  • Serve as the senior first point of escalation for all client issues.
  • Serve as the leadership liaison between Client Support and Engineering.
  • Participate in corporate and cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, strategic projects, and change management; coordinate with cross-functional managers to promote communication and alignment on interdepartmental dependencies.
  • Respond to employee relations issues, maintain a high-quality work environment, and address disciplinary or performance issues according to company policy.
  • Perform the core job functions of direct reports when needed to maintain client service standards during high-volume periods or unforeseen understaffing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
