Zscaler provides cloud-based information security services, focusing on internet, web, and cloud security. Its platform functions as a secure gateway that inspects all internet traffic between users and applications, ensuring that potential threats are identified and stopped before they can access a client's network. This service is particularly aimed at large enterprises and government organizations that are transitioning to cloud and mobile-first strategies. Unlike many competitors, Zscaler operates on a subscription model, allowing clients to select different levels of security based on their specific needs. The company also has a partner program that enhances its market presence by offering training and resources to partners, which helps in expanding its reach. The main goal of Zscaler is to provide effective security solutions that support the digital transformation of its clients.
