Requirements
  • At least six months of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
  • A current Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant license is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and electronic medical records.
  • Understanding of care plans and documentation processes for long-term care.
  • Overall knowledge and understanding of the aging process.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement group and individual activities programs that meet the needs of all Woodridge residents.
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care for residents while they participate in Life Enrichment programs and events.
  • Perform patient care duties within the scope of practice of a Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant license.
