  • Applied UX research experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business space, online payments space, and/or experience conducting research in a B2B user ecosystem
  • A background in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Data Science or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience
  • A strong working knowledge of user research methods, including when and how to apply different methods in various scenarios. Experience crafting research proposals, collecting data, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, and communicating insights to cross-functional product development teams
  • Passion for understanding your users and bringing their voices into the design and development process
  • Experience with research operations functions, including participant recruitment, tooling, legal guidelines for research, and related topics
  • Experience partnering with analytics teams to integrating user research findings and product usage data to better understand the full picture of a user's experience
