- Organize the dishwashing area and store dishes and equipment in the storage areas to prevent breakage.
- Clean and store dishes and kitchen equipment.
- Receive and sort dishes entering and leaving the dishwashing area.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen premises, refrigerators, ovens, equipment, and kitchen materials.
- Check the condition of dishwashing equipment and report malfunctions or anomalies to the supervisor.
- Use cleaning products according to the supplier's recommended instructions.
- Store deliveries, rubbish, and empty cartons in the appropriate containers.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and comply with daily HACCP food-safety rules.
- Follow the operating and safety instructions for the provided equipment.
- Apply the hotel's safety rules, including fire-safety procedures.
- Follow the establishment's environmental charter commitments, including energy conservation, recycling, and waste sorting.
