Air Liquide Shared Services (ALSP) is one of the Air Liquide Group's 4 main BSCs (Business service centers).

Since its creation in 2015, ALSP has been dedicated to providing efficient accounting, HR administration and payroll services to the Group's French subsidiaries. Within ALSP, the organization is focused on internal customers (CFO, management control, Head of HR & HRBP) who benefit from a privileged point of contact. Our aim: to deliver efficient, high-quality service to our customers!

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Dans le cadre de son activité, le GBS (Global Business Service) RH France recrute un Administrateur d'Exploitation SI pour compléter une équipe de cinq personnes.

Rattaché au Responsable SIRH, votre rôle de référent technique applicatif s'articule autour des axes suivants :

- Expertise technique : Administration des environnements HR Access (4YOU), interventions sur architectures hybrides (Cloud/On-premise), coordination du réseau, du SSO et des bases Oracle/SQL.

- Pilotage et coordination technique : Gestion des flux applicatifs et liaison entre les équipes infrastructures, sécurité et métiers pour garantir la continuité du service paie.

- Gestion de production et sécurité : Diagnostic d'incidents, procédures de rollback, sécurisation des accès (clés SSH) et mise en conformité avec les exigences de sécurité IT.

- Gestion et administration des environnements : Conception d'environnements à haute disponibilité, maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO), gestion du reporting et mise à jour de la documentation technique (DEX/DAT).

- Industrialisation et automatisation : Optimisation des processus de production via le développement de scripts (Shell, PowerShell, PL/SQL) et la maîtrise du langage XML.

Vous serez le référent technique applicatif auprès des éditeurs, des prestataires externes et des équipes projets, tout en participant activement aux comités d’architecture pour aligner les choix techniques sur la stratégie IT du Groupe.

Are you a MATCH?

De formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 Informatique (ou équivalent), vous justifiez d'une expérience significative (minimum 3 ans) sur un poste similaire (en entreprise ou en ESN) et maîtrisez l’environnement suivant : 

• Bases de données : Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, pgAdmin.

• Systèmes & Réseaux : Cloud & On-premise, sécurité SSH RSA, flux curl, SFTP

• Scripting : Shell, PowerShell.

• Systèmes d’exploitation : Redhat,Linux 8, AIX 7, Windows Server 

• Outils: ServiceNOW, FILEZILLA, WINSCP.

• SIRH : HR4YOU (DesignCenter, HR4YOU, Rapports, gestion des users).

Vous avez le potentiel pour acquérir une connaissance pointue des fonctionnalités et des potentialités des logiciels dont vous aurez la charge. 

Vous êtes autonome, proactif, organisé et vous savez anticiper les étapes d’un projet SI.
