Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Accounting or business equivalent education and experience.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience working with a major ERP system or enterprise level applications
  • General knowledge in supply chain, order fulfillment, customer service, and inventory and warehouse management.
  • General knowledge of accounting principles including AR, AP, GL and fixed assets.
  • Must be able to work well with other team members in a collaborative fashion, fostering learning and knowledge sharing to provide end-user support and collaborate in projects
  • Excellent customer service/user support skills
  • Experienced in working with complex global organizations, satisfying needs of diverse users, managing competing and sometimes conflicting priorities
Responsibilities
  • Works with the end-users, troubleshoots issues and provides ongoing production support related to Gowan’s ERP System, JD Edwards.
  • Answer questions and resolve problems through the IT ticketing system. Triage inbound support tickets.
  • Identify problems, research answers, and guide users through corrective steps.
  • Attain deep knowledge in ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications.
  • Create or update ERP system support and business process documentation.
  • Collaborates with functional owners to understand business needs and enhance ERP application usage and adoption.
  • Supports small to medium project initiatives related to ERP projects and implementations.
  • Participate in and contribute to all phases of system development including requirements gathering, design, development, configuration, testing and deployment and maintenance.
