  • Experience working in the intelligence community (IC)
  • Program management experience in a DoD or IC program
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Lifestyle Poly (preferred) or a willingness to obtain is required
  • Expert at establishing, maintaining and developing trusting relationships
  • Comfortable with ambiguity but actively focused on seeking clarity
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally not only within engineering but with mission teams/Sales
  • Demonstrated ability to work using hybrid software and hardware methodologies, ranging from highly informal to SAFe or similar, structured methodologies
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • PMP certification is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Overall management of engineering tasks (software and hardware)
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for contractual issues and customer relations
  • Ensure practical and effective systems are in place to meet customer requirements
  • Building and maintaining working relationships with high-level intelligence community stakeholders and mission teams
