Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced Yardi Administrator to join our team at the corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ. This position is crucial for managing and optimizing our Yardi platform, which supports our multifamily property management and property accounting functions. This role requires someone who can not only configure and maintain the Yardi system but also support the team in using its features effectively.
This position demands someone with extensive knowledge of the Yardi platform more importantly, Yardi platform skills are essential, and we care much more about your deep understanding of the system than your programming skills. Your ability to keep everyone aligned and using Yardi correctly will be key to success. Responsibilities:
- Yardi Management and Configuration: Manage day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of the Yardi system to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and usability.
- System Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize Yardi’s performance and functionality, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Data Management: Oversee data migration, integration, and reporting. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data within the Yardi system.
- Innovation and Roadmap Management: Stay updated on the latest Yardi features and industry trends to maintain an innovative system.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with Yardi vendors and facilitate system upgrades and enhancements.
- Help Desk Management: Manage the smooth operation of help desk tickets related to Yardi and work with the IT team to resolve issues promptly.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards within Yardi systems.
- Training and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all Yardi users. Lead and conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Report Development and Customization: Lead the development of customized reports from Yardi based on business needs.
- Collaboration: Work directly with internal teams, including regional managers, to ensure the effective use of Yardi across properties.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years Yardi experience
- Extensive experience with Yardi products, including configuration and reporting
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices
- Ability to train and support others, from individual contributors to management
- Knowledge of affordable housing and related programs is preferred
- Proficiency in SQL programming is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Ability to prioritize projects based on business needs and resources
Why This Position is Based in Scottsdale:
The position will be located in our Scottsdale corporate office to foster close collaboration the President, regional managers, and the rest of the team. Given the importance of the need to build strong relationships, this role requires an on-site presence where you can work alongside the team to address needs and implement solutions quickly.
