- Proven track record of success in account management, with a demonstrated track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned renewal and expansion goals.

- Own the account holistically across Software as a Service lifecycle of Adopt, Renew, Expand through Quarterly Business Reviews and Tech Knowledge Sessions.
