Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex programming, building Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Full-stack development experience with working knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Microsoft SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and application development best practices.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, version control, and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines for Salesforce development.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and design efficient solutions.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet established deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, test, implement, and support Salesforce development and integration activities.
  • Develop, implement, and support Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Write scalable Apex code and create user-friendly interfaces using Lightning Web Components.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
  • Execute technical specifications for new processes or enhancements.
  • Monitor Salesforce applications and identify opportunities to improve availability, quality, and performance.
  • Provide technical solutions and recommendations for system issues, enhancements, and business requests.
  • Develop and execute written test plans for Salesforce solutions.
  • Test custom applications and integrations for functionality and interoperability.
  • Identify and resolve application-logic issues, bugs, and defects.
  • Design process flows and technical specifications for customized Salesforce solutions.
  • Create and refine standards and processes to improve project execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with organizational needs.
