Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce / retail search, paid search, PPC, programmatic, or related field
  • Prior campaign management experience in Amazon Paid Search required
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central is preferred
  • Experience owning reporting, pacing, and client performance summaries
  • Ability to lead client engagements with a consultative approach to grow existing and new business
  • Comfort with advanced functions in Excel and/or Google Sheets functions
  • Must possess proactivity, creativity, and enthusiasm; demonstrating you’re eager to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on, learn, and grow your knowledge of eCommerce advertising
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • Love for working with numbers and uncovering trends
Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch across Amazon DSP for programmatic and Amazon Ads for paid search
  • Develop suggestions on retail activation strategy around campaign builds, overall themes, hierarchy, audiences, parameters, and ads
  • Update, monitor, and communicate daily budget pacing and high-level campaign performance
  • Organize large volumes of data for insights and strategic storytelling in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Demonstrate consistent time management skills, namely the ability to balance workload independently and prioritize based on impact & urgency. Hits project deadlines and communicates when it isn’t possible
  • Grow a thorough understanding of programmatic and paid search, constantly embodying a “forever student” mentality
