Requirements
  • 70% of the development through the program comes from Experience- the on-the-job work the Gustie does as part of their 8 month rotations
  • 20% of the development through the program comes from more formal Learning- workshops, talks, conferences and/or classroom-based learning
  • 10% of the development through the program comes from Connection- building a Gusto community amongst the cohort, with People leaders, and leaders across Gusto, as well as participating in a sponsor-sponsee relationship during the duration of the program
  • Recent graduates and current students pursuing a Bachelors Degree program with an expected graduation date in Fall/Winter 2021 or Spring 2022. These full-time rotation program roles will start in Summer 2022
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., in student organizations, campus initiatives, or internship roles)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about pursuing a career in the People space
  • Agility, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to effectively balance competing priorities with ease
