Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Communication proficiency, compliance, customer service/client focus, results-driven performance, and stress management.
  • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate services for patients and referrals, including order processing, equipment delivery, warranty repairs and replacements, and follow-up.
  • Prepare orders for timely and accurate billing.
  • Provide customer service by phone, email, and face-to-face; advise patients and caregivers on equipment, services, care, maintenance, insurance coverage, and payment options.
  • Support branch operations including inventory, records, reports, documentation, office maintenance, cleaning, delivery technician coordination, and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the branch office manager.
Desired Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • Six months of experience in healthcare, medical, insurance, or durable medical equipment customer service.
