Identity and Access Management Analyst

Job Description

• Manage the provisioning, modification and deprovisioning of accesses
• Fulfill access requests raised via the IAM tool for critical applications
• Process and resolve access-related tickets using ITSM platforms within the defined SLAs
• Ensure adherence to security policies, role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails to support compliance
• Work with HR, IT Support and business units to align access with organisational roles and changes
• Identify process gaps and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives within IAM

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in user access management or a similar role
• Experience of using and managing service management systems and account provisioning and deprovisioning
• Knowledge of, and technical capability in, IAM technologies
• Experience with one or more areas of identity and access management, such as authentication and authorisation
• Familiarity with tools such as GWS, CRM tools, cloud infrastructure and developer platforms.
