Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the COO and other departments, managing specific issues and facilitating effective communication.
  • Lead and coordinate meetings and communications on behalf of the COO, initially focusing on smaller-scale initiatives.
  • Oversee key staff members, managing performance and development to ensure operational excellence.
  • Oversee the execution and progress of key projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Evaluate and enhance operational processes, identifying and implementing improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate smooth communication channels within the organization and with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Analyze organizational progress and project outcomes, presenting detailed reports to the COO and other stakeholders.
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide critical analysis and proactive solutions to address unexpected challenges.
  • Support the COO in decision-making processes and serve as a sounding board for new ideas and initiatives.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
