Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Create, refine, and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance insights (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Manage analytics & insights requests, QA checks, and validation with exceptional attention to detail and curiosity
  • Learn and utilize data and domain knowledge to support analytics deliverables, such as sharing KPI/metric interpretation and findings
  • Present analytics to internal stakeholders
  • Proactively track assigned deliverables and inform business partners of progress relative to project timelines
  • Bring forward new ideas, process improvements, solutions, and opportunities
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support the execution of marketing and brand initiatives internally and externally
  • Clean, sort, and create standards to analyze complex datasets further to identify trends, opportunities, and anomalies
  • Develop and support training on data collection, measurement, and analysis for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Produce clear and actionable recommendations and insights to optimize brand and marketing effectiveness, efforts, and strategic objectives
  • Work with cross-functional teams and internal units to achieve business objectives and initiatives
  • Assist in managing websites, social media, other digital marketing applications, etc. as needed
  • Assist with other marketing or digital projects as they arise
  • Identify research and develop methodologies for measurement and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems, including CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
  • Monitor lead generation, tracking, and distribution processes, optimizing efficiency
  • Monitor internal and external engagement to ensure the effectiveness of activities/initiatives/campaigns
  • Support developing and implementing marketing automation workflows to enhance employee and client engagement
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices
  • Utilize analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics for stakeholders
  • Assist in defining KPIs and performance benchmarks for marketing and brand campaigns and initiatives
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of brand and marketing strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement for both current and new initiatives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and outside agency to conduct A/B tests and experiments, optimizing campaign performance
