Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting
  • Availability to work from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to read printed material, drawings, and schematics
  • Physical requirements: ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, stoop, stand, climb, crouch, reach, and remain in a stationary position
Responsibilities
  • Respond efficiently to client requests
  • Communicate with other CIC staff
  • Complete assigned work orders and projects
  • Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns
  • Consult with Facilities Manager regarding safety or problem areas
  • Provide general support for repair and maintenance of facilities
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements
  • Perform preventive maintenance duties
  • Ensure compliance with codes and regulations
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Assist with other Facilities Team operations
