Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. Venture Global is seeking an Industrial Water Treatment Manager (Boiler Water Management/Water Doctor)) to join our team in Pointe Celeste, LA or Cameron, LA.

 The Certified Water Professional will have the following responsibilities:

• Regular site visits to all VG sites.
• Audits on water quality checks and confirm compliance.
• Site Laboratory checks.
• Coaching of Operators at sites.
• Tracking of water reservoir utilization.
• Prediction of required well intervention.
• Water Well management strategies.
• Develop water emergency plans and provide Operations training on them.
• Develop and/or review specific water production procedures.
• Facilitate EPA reporting requirements for each site.
• Reports to the Director Operations Assurance in Houston.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certified Water Professional in the following:
  1. Management of Boiler Water.
  2. Ground Water Production and management.
  3. Surface Water Production, Service, Potable and Demin water.
  4. Disinfection of lines and systems.
  5. Water Analysis in the Laboratory.
  6. Water Technology in industry.
  7. Industrial pretreatment including chemical dosing and monitoring.
  8. EPA regulations
• Formal qualification in Water Chemistry at college level.
• At least 5 years industrial experience in Power Generation.
• Flexibility in terms of mobility, this requires a lot of travel and at short notice.
• Based in Louisiana.
