Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field or 7+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations, preferably in a B2B software or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology, data management, and process optimization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, marketing automation, lead management, and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and HubSpot, including certifications in either or both.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing complex projects across teams.
  • Action oriented self starter confident in finding resources and removing barriers to ensure successExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
  • In-office requirement in our Chicago location.
