Join our Global Operations & Supply Chain organization as the Supply Chain Master Data Analyst.
As the Supply Chain Master Data Analyst, you will ensure high standards in data accuracy that impact the day-to-day transactions, intelligence, and decisions taken throughout the supply chain. The scope of the Data being analyzed will include areas throughout Supply Chain including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and others.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Participate in projects, solve critical key user support questions, and streamline the overall data experience across the supply chain.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to “clean” data and build in upfront integrity in rules used to set supply chain parameters
Interface with Supply Chain Analysts and IT system partners to resolve data accuracy challenges.
Coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers.
Conduct and/or oversee strategic supply chain analysis.
Perform quality assurance testing to verify the accuracy and integrity of the data analytics being developed.
Identify and recommend opportunities for improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain.
Develop and implement supply chain designs, models, strategies, and/or processes to improve the business.
Collaborate with Principal Analysts and Data Architects on the development of Data Management applications and systems
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant data analytics experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Experience with Business and Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Migration, Data Conversion, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Integration, and Metadata Management Services
Familiarity with multiple levels of enterprise applications supporting supply chain, including ERP, Advanced Planning, PLM/Data Governance, Data Visualization/Business Intelligence, Shop Floor, Warehouse Management, Regulatory/Trade, and others
Background experience in SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau
Previous experience as a Supply or Demand Planner
Self-starter and able to establish relationships and work with remote teams of professionals and able to work independently to achieve objectives.
Solid communication skills and the ability to translate user/business requirements into formalized reports and data models.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$64,800.00 - $97,200.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
