Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • First-quarter 2026 revenue rose 19% to $317 million, with EBITDA jumping 112%.
  • SUBLOCADE delivered record 31,800 new starts in Q1 2026 and 32% revenue growth.
  • Indivior's August 2026 merger creates $125 million annual synergies and $1 billion dividend cash.

What critics are saying

  • The merger still needs shareholder and antitrust approvals, and Q4 2026 closing remains uncertain.
  • SUBLOCADE drives most value; any safety, reimbursement, or prescriber disruption hits revenue immediately.
  • The company abandoned INDV-6001 and INDV-2000 in 2026, exposing thin pipeline replacement risk.

What makes Indivior unique

  • SUBLOCADE dominates monthly injectable buprenorphine, crossing 500,000 U.S. prescriptions by March 2026.
  • Indivior built restricted-distribution addiction infrastructure, including REMS-certified dispensing and correctional-facility commercialization.
  • The August 3, 2026 Supernus merger adds CNS diversification across eleven marketed medicines.
