Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably within fintech, wealth management, or related industries.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with wealth management firms, financial advisors, structured investments issuers, and wholesalers to identify gaps in the market and propose innovative solutions to address unmet needs in the structured investments industry.
  • Define product requirements by writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for software engineers.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product feature development from conception to launch, including testing and iteration.
  • Embrace a fast-paced, agile development environment, deploying quickly to learn and iterate based on feedback.
  • Own the product roadmap for specific features or segments of the platform, determining prioritization and ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and align product vision and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project communication plans, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams such as sales, marketing, engineering, and other product lines.
  • Investigate bugs and, when appropriate, identify tactical solutions to production issues impacting users.
  • Monitor the performance of product features post-launch and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team to maintain high standards of work, product quality, and communication.
