Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in IT program and project management, including enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Expert understanding of Program Management, and Adaptive Project Management methodologies as well as agile frameworks and ways of working.
  • Valid, state-issued driver's license.
  • Experience in management of complex, cross-functional IT initiatives.
  • Experience with ITSM/Operations handoff including asset management, monitoring, warranty/RMA, spares strategy, runbooks, and knowledge base creation.
  • 7–10+ years driving IT components of capital construction programs (education or enterprise workplace fit-outs), including at least 3 major projects with 20+ classrooms or equivalent.
  • Proven delivery of network, Wi-Fi, and AV integration in new builds/renovations; experience commissioning classroom tech at scale.
  • Experience withGC coordination, A/E design review, RFIs, submittals, and change-order management.
  • Direct leadership of multi-vendor teams (cabling, AV integrator, network OEM, endpoint deployment) with field QA processes.
  • Familiarity with ITSM and operations handoff in academic environments (helpdesk readiness, training artifacts, and knowledge management).
Responsibilities
  • Define and drive program vision, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and long-term business goals.
  • Lead planning and execution of enterprise programs composed of multiple related IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs to evaluate program success and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Influence executive decision-making by providing insights on program performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead governance structures and steering committees to ensure strategic alignment and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee change management and communication strategies across program initiatives.
  • Ensure benefits realization and post-implementation value tracking.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to allocate resources efficiently across various projects.
  • Review technical developments and work with teams to develop viable solutions to challenges encountered during project execution.
  • Develop integrated program plans and manage program budgets, timelines, risks, and interdependencies.
  • Prepare and present program status reports and dashboards to senior leadership.
