  • Monitoring cost reports and plant production DOA's etc.
  • Comparing to the previous week's performance
  • Working with accounting personnel to ensure the accuracy and status of all broiler settlements
  • Meeting with and encouraging broiler technical advisors on a weekly basis
  • Working directly with equipment companies to ensure efficient layout of equipment
  • Performing other responsibilities as the need arises
